MaxStream XBee development kits provide inexpensive means of evaluating the XBee family. The kits include the hardware and software needed to rapidly create and test wireless data links.

XBee Professional Developers Kit - contains 2x XBee-PRO Series 1 OEM RF Modules, 3x XBee Series 1 Modules, 4x RS-232 development boards w/antenna clips, 1x USB development board w/antenna clip, cables, antennas, Quick Start Guide and CD containing testing and configuration software and documentation. (Series 1 modules)

XBee-PRO Starter Kit - contains 2x XBee-PRO Series 1 OEM RF Modules with integrated whip antenna, 1x RS-232 development board w/antenna clip, 1x USB development board w/antenna clip, cables, antennas, Quick Start Guide and CD cotaining testing and configuration software and documentation.

XBee Starter Kit - as above but with standard Series 1 modules

XBee Series 2 Developers Kit - contains 1x XBee Series 2 OEM RF Coordinator Module with wire antenna, 4x XBee Series 2 OEM RF router/end node Modules. 3x RS-232 development interface boards 2x USB development interface boards, cablles, antennas, Quick Start Guide and CD containing testing and configuration software and documentation. (Series 2 modules)

Rabbit ZigBee / 802.15.4 Applications Kit - combines MaxStream®’s XBee™ RF modem with the popular RCM3720 RabbitCore™ module along with an easy-to-use interface to help customers build a practical ZigBee wireless control network. ZigBee paired with the RCM3720 provides a low-cost, robust wireless infrastructure that allows users to monitor and control remote devices within a wireless meshed network.

The XStream OEM RF Modules provide OEMs and integrators with a reliable, flexible and long range RF solution. This kit includes the hardware and software needed to rapidly create and test long range wireless data links.

XStream Development Kit - contains 1x XStream OEM RF module with an integrated whip antenna, 1x XStream OEM RF module with ½ wave dipole antenna, 2x RS-232 / RS-422 / RS-485 PC serial interface boards, cables, CD with X-CTU™ test/config utility software, manuals and documentation.

Rabbit Wireless Control Applications Kit - comes with samples, libraries and hardware to integrate low-cost wireless connectivity operating at frequencies of either 900 MHz or 2.4 GHz with a Rabbit device. The kit contains one Rabbit single board computer and two MaxStream RF modules for full application reference, which can also serve as a template for a robust wireless implementation where a serial connection is required.



NB Currently Maxstream & Rabbit kits do not contain universal power supplies - 9V supplies need to be provided separately.
